The prize for this raffle has been donated to help replenish our medical fund. We will be featuring stories throughout the raffle of dogs who have benefited from additional medical attention above and beyond normal vetting. Please donate and help us to continue to help those who, otherwise, would be put down.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

After gifting of tickets, please be sure to notify ERU's raffle manager of the names on the stubs via an email to Donations@EskieRescuers.Org or by mailing the stubs to:

Please take extreme care when transcribing ticket numbers and receipients' contact information into email.

ERU's raffle manager will be entering all ticket numbers (e-Tickets & Paper Tickets) and recipient contact information into a spreadsheet. A random number generator will be used to pick the winning number from the content of the spreadsheet after the sale of raffle tickets has closed.

ERU must assume that anyone buying tickets is, also, the holder of the tickets until the buyer informs ERU's raffle manager otherwise.

To maintain ERU's good name, it is imperative that any buyer who gifts a ticket or any volunteer who resells at ticket report the legitimate holders of the tickets before the winning number is drawn.

*Electronic Tickets: When you purchase tickets via the Electronic Ticket item (RFLTKT-E) in ERU's web site store, you will not receive physical tickets. Instead, you will receive an email from donations@eskierescuers.org containing a unique number for each ticket purchased. Doing this will help control our costs leaving more funds to help Eskies. While we will honor request for less than five (5) Electronic Tickets, we respectfully request that you order a minimum of five (5) to help reduce our PayPal expenses.

**Paper Tickets: When you purchase Paper Tickets via the one of the Paper Ticket items (RFLTKT-P08, RFLTKT-P16, etc.) in ERU's web site store, you will receive physical tickets. Tickets will be sold in whole sheets of 8 tickets only. For your convenience, store items have been set up for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 sheets (that is, 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48 or 56 tickets.) There will also be a small shipping & handling fee.
