Hello my name is Winter. I just arrived into foster care so my foster mommy and daddy are still learning about me.  I currently live with two foster brothers that are much older than me so they don’t play so I would love to have a playmate preferably male since I apparently don’t like other girls.  Guess I want to be the only diva in the home.  I am silly, playful, sweet and 100 percent lovable but I am also skittish.  I heard my foster mom say I am getting a little better about that.  I have to also say that I am not totally housebroken which we are working on but I was outside a lot in my other home and crated at night.  Currently I am crated during the day and roam at night but if left in crate too long I will have an accident.  I love the outdoors so i think it would be best to have a securely fenced in back yard so I can run and play.  I know I am loved so much here but my foster mommy and daddy think that someone who can give me the time to become the greatest dog they think I can be is best for me. I hope that is you.
 Luv Winter

Good with Dogs

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.

Eskie Rescuers United American Eskimo Dog Rescue, Inc. is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please click the donation button below to make a tax-deductible donation through PayPal and help make a difference to even one American Eskimo dog!
